Sustainability Report Campaign

Built around LRS’s 2024 Annual Sustainability Report, this campaign translated environmental data and operational milestones into accessible, shareable content for a professional LinkedIn audience. Content highlighted key metrics and industry leadership moments, with distribution timed to the report release across organic and earned channels.

Complex sustainability data was distilled into clear LinkedIn storytelling that resonated with both industry insiders and general audiences.

Campaign timing aligned with the report release, coordinating organic posts with earned media for maximum reach.

Positioned LRS as a credible, forward-thinking sustainability leader in an industry not always known for that story.

Hiring Event Campaign

Drove awareness for LRS hiring events and open job applications across multiple recruiting cycles. Content spotlighted the company culture, career opportunities, and the people already doing the work, giving prospective candidates a clear, compelling reason to show up to an event or apply directly.

Campaign connected LRS’s employer brand to specific hiring events and open roles, driving both event registrations and direct applications.

People-forward content made LRS feel like a place worth working, not just a company posting jobs.

Ran across multiple hiring cycles, building consistent talent pipeline visibility on LinkedIn over time.

Bears Zero Waste Training Camp Campaign

Brief social campaign announcing LRS’s role as the official partner for the Chicago Bears’ first-ever zero waste Training Camp in 2025. Content built awareness around the partnership, documented LRS’s on-site presence, and put a sustainability brand at the center of a high-visibility national sporting moment.

Leveraged the Bears’ platform to amplify LRS’s sustainability mission to a significantly broader audience than organic reach alone.

First-of-its-kind zero waste training camp gave LRS a genuine, newsworthy story to own and tell.

High-impact, real-time execution captured the partnership at its most visible, announcing, documenting, and celebrating in the moment.

Season Announcement Campaign

Before a single show title was announced, the audience got emoji clues. Each upcoming production was teased with a set of emojis, and followers were invited to guess what was coming. The campaign spread beyond Paramount’s own channels into Reddit threads and local Facebook What’s Happening groups where people were comparing guesses and debating answers. By the time the full season was revealed and tickets went on sale, the audience was already invested. Subscriptions and single-ticket sales saw a measurable spike in that initial window, driven by anticipation that had been building for weeks. The concept was strong enough that Paramount ran it again the following year.

The emoji guessing game drove organic buzz that spread to Reddit and local Facebook What’s Happening groups before a single title was officially announced, reaching audiences well beyond Paramount’s existing followers.

The interactive format transformed a standard season reveal into a participation event, building genuine audience investment in the lineup before tickets were even available.

Built-up anticipation converted directly into an early spike in subscriptions and single-ticket sales at launch, and Paramount carried the format forward for a second year.

Broadway Productions

For each production, content strategy ran from pre-announcement through closing night. Cast member takeovers wove trending formats into the campaign naturally, bringing in audiences who would not have clicked on traditional promotional content. Pre-show photo shoots gave audiences a preview of the creative direction before opening night. Behind-the-scenes footage, sitzprobe moments, director and cast interviews, press quotes, and audience reactions built a layered content ecosystem for each show. Specialty performance nights, including ASL, closed captioned, and pre/post-show talks, were promoted intentionally to reach broader, more inclusive audiences. Specialty drink features and show-specific announcements kept followers engaged throughout each run.

Cast takeovers and behind-the-scenes access created authentic, high-reach content that traditional promotional posts could not replicate.

Multi-format strategy served audiences at every stage, from discovery and anticipation through opening night and post-show community.

Specialty performance promotions expanded Paramount’s reach into new audience segments and demonstrated genuine community commitment.

Influencer Highlights

Influencer partnerships extended Paramount’s reach to audiences who trusted peer voices over brand content. Each influencer attended a show, filmed their real experience, and shared it with their community, working alongside Paramount’s content calendar rather than replacing it. Partnerships were matched to each show’s tone and the influencer’s audience, keeping everything feeling earned.

Influencer content introduced Paramount to audiences outside the theater’s existing follower base, reaching new demographics and interest groups.

Authentic attend-the-show reactions carried a credibility that brand-produced content cannot replicate on its own.

Timing aligned with key campaign windows, including opening nights, press runs, and high-visibility moments, to maximize reach.

Jeff Awards Coverage

Real-time coverage of the Jeff Awards as they unfolded. Not a recap, but a live window into the night. Original interviews, live nomination updates, and acceptance speech footage gave Paramount’s audience a look into what the cast and crew were experiencing in the room.

Live coverage turned an industry event into a community moment, giving followers the feeling of being in the room.

Original interviews and speech footage were exclusive content no other account could replicate.

Real-time awards updates reinforced Paramount’s standing as a top-tier regional theater with nationally recognized, award-winning talent.

“The Cast Takeover”: A Recurring Tradition
Social MediaContent CreationLive EventsBehind the Scenes

The Christkindlmarket cast takeover started here. Built as an original activation for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the concept brought the entire cast to the Christkindlmarket in costume for a full day of content. The market’s own mascot led the group through the grounds as Willy Wonka’s characters playfully wreaked havoc on vendors, with dedicated segments captured for each cast member along the way. Influencers joined to film and amplify the day from their own channels. Making it happen required coordination across the market, its vendors, the full cast and crew, and multiple content creators. The concept worked well enough that Paramount continued the tradition the following year.

The format proved strong enough that Paramount adopted it as a recurring activation, continuing the tradition the following year.

Social MediaContent CreationLive EventsTheatre Marketing

Paramount on Tour is a fundraising travel series that takes patrons to New York or London’s West End for a curated weekend or week-long trip to experience world-class live theater. Shows, meals, and hotels are pre-arranged, with optional organized tourist experiences throughout the stay. Leftover proceeds from each trip are donated back to Paramount to keep its programs running, making it a tax write-off experience that also supports the arts. Social media and content strategy for Grove Fest in Downers Grove, building audience excitement for the annual festival across vendors, sponsors, bands, and entertainment. Grove Fest 2024

The 2024 strategy centered on introducing Hearty, a new Grove Fest mascot, as the personality driving all campaign content. Hearty became the vehicle for showcasing vendors, sponsors, bands, rides, and more in a way that felt creative and fun rather than promotional. Kids latched onto the character immediately, and so did the rotarians and the Village of Downers Grove. Hearty gave the festival an identity that audiences could look forward to, share, and talk about before the gates ever opened.

Introducing Hearty gave the Grove Fest campaign a shareable, memorable character that resonated across age groups and community stakeholders alike.

Character-driven format made sponsor and vendor features feel like content rather than ads, increasing organic engagement and sharing.

Hearty connected with kids, rotarians, and local community groups in a way that built lasting enthusiasm for the festival beyond a single year.

Grove Fest 2023

The 2023 content strategy tackled a specific problem: food vendor sales at the prior year’s fest had been low. A pre-fest series was built in collaboration with rotarian Keith, spotlighting food vendors in the weeks leading up to the event to build awareness and appetite before anyone walked through the gates. Each vendor got their own moment, with content designed to make the food experience feel like a destination worth planning around.

Pre-fest food vendor series directly addressed a documented sales problem from the prior year, giving vendors visibility before the event opened.

Collaboration with a trusted community rotarian gave the content local credibility and a familiar face that audiences recognized and responded to.

Vendor spotlight format created content that served both the festival’s goals and individual vendors, making it easy for vendors to share and amplify their own features.
